Having worked in the technical and property side of the media and entertainment industry for over 25 years, Haylow Consultancy was set up by Tim Lowther to provide a multi disciplined range of services to a wide range clients.

Tim has significant experience in the property industry, having managed a portfolio of properties within the media industry, as well as constructing and equipping some of the most leading edge broadcast studios in the UK. These range from visualised radio & podcasting studios to green screen/chromakey & full HD TV studios.

Tim is a Full member of the Association for Project Management, holds a valid PQP CSCS card and is SMSTS qualified.
